Really good app, really frustrating customer service

I really do love this app, but then i had a problem. And guess what? You cannot speak to anyone. Yep — you get back an email saying we are such a small company we do have phone support. And no, they do not have live chat either. So, whn you have an issue, you send an email and wait, like the old fashioned folsk who played chess by mail. Shoot folks — we are in a 24/7 world.
